Booking Conditions |

- The
rates provided on this website are
available ONLY through Mauritius-Resort.com.
The advertised rates on our website
are subject to availability.
- Upon
confirmation from your part, a
deposit of 20% will be required to
guarantee the booking and the
balance of the total package to be
settled at least 6 weeks prior to
your arrival date. Over Christmas
and New Year periods an additional
amount will be requested from you
subject to the hotel's policy i.e
with the option of paying a higher
deposit immediately within seven
days.
Once we
are in receipt of the full amount, we
will email you a CONFIRMATION SLIP,
which must be retained for check-in
purposes. Please note that on certain
occasions, the booking may be charged in
a different currency to the one you have
been quoted. The cost of your booking is
converted Using our bank's exchange
rates on the day of the transaction. All
transactional and charge information
will be shown on our receipt/invoice.Mauritius-Resort takes no responsibility
if you lose the voucher. |

Should you wish to cancel your
booking after the voucher has been
issued, written notification must be
received and the following
cancellation fee will apply and this
will be in accordance with our
company policy. The cancellation fee
will vary according to the hotel
policy as well as your check - in
dates.
Please note: In some
cases, the cancellation policy will
depend on the hotel's individual
policy. If this is the case the
hotel's policy will be displayed to
you prior to the completion of the
booking.

Should you
wish to amend you booking following the
remittance of your deposit, a nominal
amendment fee will apply. Any amendment
advised to us within 5 days of your
arrival date or once you have arrived at
the hotel, may be treated as a
late amendment which may be subject to a
fee. |

Should you require to change a
booking from one hotel to another
hotel, you will not be charged an
amendment fee as this will be
considered as cancellation of an
existing booking and as such a
cancellation fee will apply. Please
try to give us as much notice as
possible to allow sufficient time to
contact the hotels concerned and for
a new voucher to be sent to you..
IMPORTANT NOTE: Should there be
another transaction to be made to
your credit card, due to an
amendment , we will convert the
charge/fee to your selected
currency.

Credit Card Information: The
client must submit a valid credit
card with all relevant details and
authority for the amount inclusive
of any bank charges.

(2.5%) for credit card payments.
Mauritius-Resort takes no
responsibility for any incorrect
information submitted. If client
wishes to change the credit card
after it has been charged, it will
be treated as an amendment and a
corresponding amendment fee and
conditions will apply. Due to
processing requirements, refunds may
take up to 10 days to appear on your
statement. This time may vary,
depending on your bank/financial
institution.
By making a booking
the client authorizes
Mauritius-Resort to pass on credit
cards details of the client to the
hotel if requested.
