- The client must submit a valid email address
which will be used for all future correspondence relating to your booking.
All care must be taken by the client to ensure that the information provided
in the Reservation form is correct. It is the customer's responsibility to
advise Mauritius-Resort if an error in the email address was submitted on
the reservation form or any correspondence.

- Mauritius-Resort intends to provide
you with all the services requested from us. Should the hotel be unable to
honour your reservation due to overbooking or any other circumstances, we
will endeavour to offer you an alternative of comparable rates and
standards. Should this arise, you will be informed by an email and in case
you decline the proposed alternative, a full refund will be given to you as
soon as possible.

- Whilst every effort is made to ensure that
you ate provided with the requested room type, Mauritius-Resort cannot
guarantee the actual bedding/configuration of the room. Your request is
normally forwarded to the hotel and are subject to availability on the day
of check-in. All additional requests are subject to availability and cannot
be guaranteed by Mauritius-Resort.

- Disclamer : Mauritius-Resort ensures
that all the information that appears on its website is accurate. However,
Mauritius-Resort accepts no responsibility for any error or omission and
reserves the right to change the information published at any time without
prior notice.

- Complaints : In case of any problem
or complaint, it is imperative that the customer informs Mauritius-Resort at
the earliest opportunity so that the situation can be rectified as
efficiently and as quickly as possible. Any complaint, which cannot be
resolved directly with the hotel or locally, must be notified to
Mauritius-Resort in writing within 3 (three) days following the service
provided. A copy of the complaint must also be submitted to and signed by
the hotel Manager. Should a client fail to follow this procedure,
Mauritius-Resort will not be responsible for any unresolved complaint for
claim.

- Hotel Information : All hotel
information that is published on the website is current and is subject to
change without further notice. Every effort has been made to provide you
with accurate information of the listed hotels. However, Mauritius-Resort
will accept no responsibility for services and facilities which are
temporarily not available or under renovation or not suited to individual
tastes and preferences. Mauritius-Resort cannot accept responsibility for
any disturbance that may arise due to hotel renovation, redecoration,
maintenance or upkeep of the hotel which could take place without prior
warning even through hoteliers will endeavour to keep such inconvenience
which are beyond their control, to a minimum.

- Mauritius-Resort does not accept
liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of the use or
connected to its website or for any product or services purchased from its
website.

- Mauritius-Resort makes no warranty or
representation about the suitability of any product or service purchased by
the customer. Where permitted by law, the liability of Mauritius-Resort
shall not exceed the price of the product or service purchased by the
customer.
