chef will invite food lovers to sample

resort's restaurants:

Balafon: the main restaurant will
serve buffet breakfasts and dinner.

Compagnie des Comptoirs (supervised
by French signature chefs Jacques &
Laurent Pourcel): the gastronomic
restaurant will serve creative &
authentic dishes in the evening.

Infinity Blue: the beach restaurant
for light Mediterranean dishes for
lunch and seafood specials in the
evening.

Amafrooty: the snack bar by the pool
for light meals at lunch time. Open
every day from 10.00 am to 05.00 pm.

Château of Bel Ombre: opens its
majestic doors to a fine-dining
restaurant in a colonial
manor-house. Open at lunch and in
the evenings

moments may also be spent in one of the

Zenzi-bar: the main bar to soak into
the sweetness of the tropical
nights. Open from 10.00 am till late
at night.
Blue
Drift Bar: the beach bar to sip
exotic cocktails while overlooking
the sea. Open from 11.00 am to to
11.30 pm.
Lion's Lounge: the saloon bar for a
casual get together after dinner in
an African décor and a jazzy
ambiance. Open as from 06.00 pm on
Monday, Wednesday and Saturday.
